Annual BSA Health and Medical Record - Complete parts A&B for Cubs Scouts
For the safety of our Scouts, please complete parts A & B each year for your Scout.  This is usually completed when joining and then at each Recharter in Feb.  Parents are also required to complete Parts A & B when camping or traveling with Cub Scouts.  Please click the following link for more information.

Parent volunteers are an integral part of the Cub Scouting Experience. All of our leaders are parent volunteers and are committed to offering the boys in the Pack the best programming possible.
